Services

RQR Service provides professional leather and vinyl repair, restoration, recoloring, cleaning, conditioning, upholstery cleaning, and steering wheel restoration services for residential furniture, commercial furniture, and automotive interiors.

Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information and photographs submitted by the customer. Final pricing may vary if additional damage or repairs are identified during inspection or while performing the service.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, clear photographs of the damaged item, and access to the item at the scheduled service time.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for certain projects.

Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in the repair itself. The warranty does not cover new damage, misuse, normal wear, fading, abuse, improper cleaning, or damage caused by third parties.

Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

RQR Service is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
